The course is a new subject focused on the health, nutrition, suitable sports and the ways of healthy active lifestyle, diet. 3 main sections are provided: 1. nutrition 2. physical activity 3. motivation, stress
Syllabus
  • 1. Introduction of the course 2. Influences on the healthy lifestyle 3. Nutrition of the different age groups 4. Nutrition as a prevention against civilizational diseases 5. Nutrition of the mental workers - managers, students, teachers 6. Nutritional habits and its evaluation, recommendations 7. Unappropriate addictions - smoking, alcohol, drugs 8. Stress - its characteristics and how to control it 9. Changes in lifestyle, their motivation and motivational techniques 10.Suitable physical activities in connection withh the age and health state 11.Healthy lifestyle for the sick 12.Healthy lifestyle programmes 13.Formation of the appropriate individual lifestyle programme Credit
Assessment methods (in Czech)
ukončení seminární práce Zápočet student získá za docházku v uvedené kvalitě: 1 x je možné neomluveně chybět 2 x absence z důvodu nemoci 3 x je možné nahradit zameškanou výuku v průběhu zk. období Současně musí student absolvovat více než 50% přímou docházkou v semestrální výuce. Tutorial finished with a seminar work and assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
