- Course objectives
- Poweryoga is a style of exercise that focuses on the harmony of body and mind. This is a comprehensive approach with an emphasis on the dynamic execution of individual yoga asanas in short formations, based on proper posture, pelvic floor control and work, and a deep spine stabilization system. Compared to classical yoga, this style is more dynamic (you will even sweat). However, the emphasis is still on fluidity, concentration and transition between positions so that they are not performed with haste and stress, but with calm mind and flowing breath. Poweryoga is suitable for the prevention of back pain, which is often caused by civilization influences: poor posture, poor movement habits, unilateral load, etc.
