Course objectives
PHYSICAL EDUCATION-PILATES INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING SEMINAR GROUPS: - PILATES - ROLLPILATES PILATES: Pilates is an exercise program made up of strengthening and stretching exercises that eliminates bad posture habits and back pain, and teaches proper breathing. It is a focused, slow but very intense exercise. The aim of these classes is to practice the correct execution of the exercises from the Pilates method, to learn correct breathing. In Pilates classes various aids are used, e.g. overballs, towels, toning balls, etc. The aids are used to make the exercises easier or harder. The course is also designed for beginners. ROLLPILATES: The basis of the exercise called Rollpilates is Pilates. Pilates is an exercise program made up of strengthening and stretching exercises, which eliminates bad posture habits and back pain, and teaches proper breathing. It is a focused, slow but very intense exercise. The Rollpilates exercise uses a foam roller as an exercise aid, which can be used as a balancing element to make the exercise easier or harder. The roller is also used in the Rollpilates system to exercise the fascial net.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, studets will be able to perform exercises of the Pilates method.

- exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance - 4x possible absence /of which 2x with an apology in the IS and 2x without apology/-the substitution of more absence is not allowed
