Course objectives
Greater emphasis of the subject is puted on practical part; students should aquire basic psychotherapeutic habits by practical experimenting, by watching of their own work on video and further by watching other examples of therapeutic work; practical exercises will be allways indtroduced by relevant theory.

  • 1) General characteristics of therapeutic conversation 2) First contact with a client 3) Collecting of informations, anamnesis 4) Therapeutic hypothesis, therapeutic contract 5) Therapeutic strategies for problem solving: communication and performative strategies 6) Verifying of therapeutic effects 7) Termination of therapeutic encounter

Assessment methods
Practical trainig 4 teaching hours every second week; gaining of the colloquium is conditioned by demonstration unsupported therapeutic work in front of the group; the precondition of completion is min. 80% attendance.
