- Předmět je určen především studentům magisterského studia oboru právo, u nichž se předpokládá základní znalost disciplín vyučovaných v 1.-6. semestru. Výhodou bude znalost anglického nebo německého jazyka.

- Main objectives can be summarized as follows: - to understand general and special specific features of application of law on information and communication technologies - to critically analzye legal regime of civil responsibility of information intermediaries - to critically analyze collision questions arising with internet - to critically analyze legal regime of recent issues of ICT like multimedia, domain names, software, spamming etc.

- Legal implications of the structure of the internet and responsibility of information intermediaries
- Specific issues in ISP responsibility - analysis of the recent case-law
- Electronic documents and electronic contracting
- Concept and legal regime of domain names

- Concept of on-line intellectual property and legal regime of open licences
- Legal protection of software
- Legal remedies in spamming
- Unfair competition on the internet
- Conclusions, assessment of colloquial assignments
