Course objectives
The basic aim of the course: the acquisition of knowledge concept, structure, form, function of criminal law and basic principles, general and special part of its relationship to other legal sectors and lawless disciplines. At the end of the course students will be able to apply the subject matter of the examples from practice life, with particular emphasis on punishment and the application of incriminations crimes. Description: Basics of punishment, the basic principles of punishment, imposition of various types of punishment, punishment of individual types of crime. Analysis of individual incriminations crimes of the heads of I to XII. Specific parts of the Criminal Code.
Learning outcomes

Syllabus
  • Saving penalties and protective measures adult offenders, punishment of multicipity, recidivism, each common forms of crime, the circumstances causing the disappearance of the sentence, deletion of conviction. Saving measures (education, trade, criminal) young person. Special part of criminal law (interpretation incriminations offenses).

Teaching methods
Lectures in the range two hour on week und seminar exercises in the range one hour in week. In the scope of exercises discussion about cncrete problems, solve of practical cases.Homework is assigned
Assessment methods
Test comprehensive, covering criminal law substantive and procedural, oral. In preparation for its own performance tests can not use legislation. Teaching form of lectures and seminars with a special focus on specific examples from the practice life.
