- Course objectives
- This course si aimed at providing knowledge of particular institutions in the area of criminal sanctions and particular criminal offences and at development of some practical skills for legal practice by means of solving of examples and case law.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students will - have a theoretical knowledge of criminal sanctions and particular crimes, - be able to analyse particular provisions of Special Part of CC, - be able to apply the subject matter of the examples from practice life,
- Syllabus
- Imposing penalties and protective measures on adult offenders, punishment of multicipity, recidivism, each common forms of crime, the circumstances causing the disappearance of the sentence, deletion of conviction. Imposing measures (educational, protective, criminal) on young offenders. Imposing penalties on legal entities. Special part of criminal law.
