Syllabus (in Czech)

• Pojem, struktura, formy, funkce, základní zásady trestního práva. Trestní odpovědnost, nebezpečnost činu pro společnost, kategorizace a klasifikace trestných činů, skutková podstata trestného činu. Objekt, objektivní stránka, subjekt, subjektivní stránka. Obligatornost a fakultativnost znaků skutkové podstaty trestného činu. Vývojová stadia trestného činu, trestná součinnost, souběh trestných činů, recidiva, mnohost trestných činů sui generis. Nedostatek trestnosti činu (trestnost vyloučená a trestnost zaniklá).
