The succesfull completing of the course Private International Law I is the basic prerequisite for the registration of the Private International Law II. - Course Enrolment Limitations

- Course objectives
- The course Private International Law II is focused on the international procedure law and especially european international procedure law. At the end of this course the student should be able to understand the system of rules applicable in this area, should be able to explain the jurisdiction of the national courts in cases with foreign element, should be able to analyze the conditions for the recognition and enforcement of the judgment issued by foreign courts. He should be able to explain different aspects of the cases in the area of the private and procedure international law. The exam consists as from PIL I, as from PIL II.
- Learning outcomes
- The student will be able after completing the course: - identify and describe the issue of private relations with the foreign element; - identify and describe the jurisdiction of the courts in the whole segment; - determine the applicable law in the whole segment of the issue; - describe the processes of recognition and enforcement of foreign decisions.

- Lectures. The exam has two parts - written test and the oral examination. The oral exam has three parts. The most important of them is the analysis of the case. The exam includes both PIL I and PIL II matters.
