A brief history of children’s and juvenile literature - Conception of childhood 5. Nursery rhymes 6. Folk tales 7. British and American picture books 8. Animal stories 11. - Assessment methods (in Czech)
- Requirements: 1) From week to week, read recommended chapters from the moodlinka. 2) Based on your reading, explore your school library (corner, bookcases) with books in English, comment on it and recommend improvements. (Write 1-2 pages). 3) In Brno bookstores, find 10 books which would fit your pupils and complete your school library. Put down all necessary details (the author, title, place and publisher, year, illustrator, year, ISBN, prize, and level) and a short info about the book. (Write 1-2 pages). Present your findings to your teacher in January and/or February 2008. The exact date will be negotiated in December.
