Course objectives
Identification of main and evolving sentence elements, ways of their expression in simple sentence and complex and compound sentences.
Syllabus
  • Text analysis, identification of syntactical relations in sentence, ways of expression of main sentence components, their identification in sentence. Practice of translation from Czech to Russian and vice versa. Main focus is given to differences in both languages. Simple sentence, complex and compound sentence, single-subject and multi-component sentence, main sentence components (subject and predicate). Evolving sentence components. Complex and compound sentence.
