- Course objectives
- The subject Psychotherapy of Children is aimed on basic theoretical information. Teaching of Psychotherapy of Children is divided into two parts lectures and workshops/seminars. Lectures try to inform students about so called general parts of psychotherapy of children and adolescents. Seminars are focused on s. c. special parts of psychotherapy of children and adolescents.

- - Introduction: basic information about for example: psychotherapy vs. evidence based medicine, syndrome YAVIS; interpersonal vs. intrapsychic context, differences between psychotherapy of children and adolescents etc. - Aims of therapy - Phases of therapeutic process - Instruments of improving the therapeutic process - Theraplay, play-therapy - Narrative discourse - Therapy of family, Family psychotherapy - Historical and actual specific of selected kinds and paradigms of psychotherapy of children and adolescents
