- Course objectives
- The course is not being taught in the standard form, but through the consultations during which the students solve the actual problems and answer questions concerning the text prescribed for translation.
At the end of the course, students should be able to translate and interpret the writings of Herodot in a correct way in the context of the ancient Greek historiography and they should also be well informed about his syntax. - Syllabus
