Course objectives
The subject has two basic goals.
The first of them is a practical introduction to the coaching method through one's own client experience. For that reason, the topic for coaching should be something real, in which the student really wants to move and what the student can really influence. It can be a personal topic, it can be related to school, studies, relationships, communication, your goals, finishing some work, some decision, your next direction, etc.
The second goal of the course results from the reflection of one's own experience, both individually and in a group, namely the awareness of principles and approaches that the student can and wants to transfer to his future work with clients.
Due to the goals of the subject and its practical individual orientation, the number of students is limited by the capacity of available coaches.
Learning outcomes
Completion of the course will bring the student:
- acquaintance with the basic principles of coaching and the coaching approach through one's own experience;
- moving into one's own topic through individual coaching;
- reflection on the process and benefits of coaching - individually and in a group of other students who will have similar experience;
- awareness for future work with people from the client experience and its reflection.

Teacher's information
Veronika Káchová

I graduated in Economics and Management at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. After graduating, I started working as a Business Controller in a multinational IT company, where I was given the opportunity to lead a small team, which led me to coaching. I have been actively involved in coaching since 2019. As a coach, I try to inspire clients to follow their dreams, not give up, and to support them on their journey.

Monika Máchová, Coach ACC

I support individuals on their path to work and life satisfaction. I help people in the areas of finding inner motivation, overcoming barriers and finding ways to use their potential. In coaching, I apply the ability to listen, empathy, positive support and faith in people and their potential. I am based on previous practice, where the main link has always been working with people (human resources, recruitment, consulting and coaching). I am a member of the International Coaches Association ICF. More information about me at www.monikamachova.cz

Helena Konečná, accredited EMCC Coach

Despite many years of experience in the manufacturing sector and in services, I gradually went from consulting and leading specific training and project management to process improvement to the study of psychology and coaching, which makes the most sense, as it is not limited by any tools and leads to discovering and fulfilling it. what you really need.

I am still surprised and amused to discover the power of attention in combination with own will and the perception of another person for the important awareness and personal shift that takes place within coaching, and which I and the coachee enjoy. I provide space and lead you to your own naming and awareness of the situation and its context. Finding your own answers will move you to a greater awareness of your own competencies, strengthen or anchor you in the right way to your goal and in your next steps, which you will really and gladly take.
