Teaching methods
Lecture: exposition and definitions of basic terms and their exemplification on different types of specific text (recordings), proceeding from diverse registers. Seminar: application of theoretical knowledge on authentic texts (recordings). During their presentations students show their ability to interconnect on their own their theoretical knowledge and practical analysis of a specific text.
Assessment methods
The examination of the course is divided in two parts : the first part which takes form of an assessment concerning the theoretical elements (50% of the final grade) ; the second one which consists in writing a scientific article (50% of the final grade). As these exams take part of a continuous assessment, no final examination is scheduled.
