- Course objectives
- The aim of this follow-up course is to reach level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference. This corresponds to the Educational Professional (EDUP) profile of the CNaVT (Certificaat Nederlands als Vreemde Taal - Certificate of Dutch as a Foreign Language). All skills - reading, listening, speaking, writing - are practised and the emphasis is on vocabulary expansion and practicing productive skills.
- Learning outcomes
- The aim of this follow-up course is to reach level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference.
The student must for instance be able to:
- follow conversations / explanations, also about abstract and complex topics
- to understand radio and television programs
- to understand (complex) texts of different genres
- to conduct conversations on various topics with ease
- to report or give a presentation in a structured way
- to write different types of letters in the appropriate style
- to write well-structured summaries - Syllabus

- Intensive student-orientated seminars: writing, reading, conversation, presentations, prosody, listening and language exercises.
