- Course objectives
- The aim of the seminar is acquainting students with various forms of teaching at secondary school performed by various teachers. The seminar is based on cycle of observing physics lessons at secondary (and basic, repectively) schools, which is followed by critical discussion of individual lessons with active participation of students. Within the framework of the seminar the students elaborate some other problems of teaching physics at secondary schools. The seminar follows the lecture "Didactics of physics 1" in some parts.
- Syllabus
- 1. Syllabus of physics lectures at various types of high schools. 2. The physics lecturer`s working place. 3. The textbooks of physics and the textbooks of maths, chemistry, biology and geography. The relation among science courses. 4. Physics lessons observations: - The analysis of lessons - The motivation and activity of students - Teaching methods - Experiments - Using didactic techniques - Methods of testing students` knowledge 5.
