List of basic strengthening exercises
used in different forms of bodystyling
The next chapter includes a list of strengthening exercises. Tools are used in some exercises – dumbbells, elastic band, bosu, step.
Breathing during strengthening – always exhale during muscle contraction, inhale during muscle relaxation (return to the starting position).
Exercises are shown on one side, but we always do the same repetitions/sets on the other side too.
