Course objectives
The subject represents the continuation of Z390-School Pedagogy Course and provides basic information in the field of general and alternative didactics and mainly that of contents and structure of education, didactic analysis of the contents of study and inter-subject relations. It acquaints students with didactic principles and teaching methods as well as organizational forms of education. It provides students with further theoretical knowledge in the preparation for school education, it targets pedagogical class diagnostics and building didactic skills. It also focuses on the students' activity in the process of school education, places emphasis on discovery methods, preparation and motivation for self-learning and text study. It also concentrates on the search for, critical appraisal and processing of, information. It makes students familiar with the possibilities of alternative education as well.
