Course objectives
The course is a fitness programme of stretching, balance and strenght character following the course MAT 1. The lessons are more demanding and complex exercise sets trained fluently.It is focused on the dysbalance and wrong posture correction. The theory is included in the training if the exercise character requires.

  • - theoretical and practical acquisition in the field of slow fitness exercise - revision and improvement of basic sets - training of more complex variations - training of new and more demanding exercise elements
