Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to the acquired theoretical and practical knowledge to provide design and training curriculum for age groups younger and older pupils per year, an individual plan for the junior category by swimming specialization focused on ME
Syllabus
  • THEORY - -objectives and tasks of sports training in swimming   and psychological aspects of sports training in swimming   -basic training methods -three levels of training vytrvaleckého -three levels of training sprinterského methodology-training plan -determination of training intensity and training content bases-training periodization -annual planning of training programs PRACTICE Personal development, medley relay, relays Strengthening, opportunities for adult swimmers   Endurance load dry, methods and forms Finswimming
