- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to introduce theoretical background for reflective and self-reflective methods and techniques that can be used for developing students' thinking and skills required for effective reflection on practice.
- Learning outcomes
- After finishing the course, the student is able to define basic reflective and self-reflective methods and techniques, to understand their importance for pedagogical practice, to select appropriate techniques in specific situations, to present arguments for his/her option and to apply these methods in practice.

- Reflection on practice, feedback. Theory for reflection on practice: J. Dewey, K. Lewin, D. A. Kolb, D. Schön. Reflection on instruction and quality development. Self-reflection - a tool for personal and professional development of teachers. Basic reflective and self-reflective methods and techniques. Case study - student. Case study - teacher. Reflection on selected instructional situation.
