Course objectives
The main objectives of the course are the following:
- to introduce the characteristics of group fitness classes and their structure
- to make a list of strengthening exercises for different parts of the body (legs, arms, abdomen…..)
- to introduce other accessories used in the gym (f.ex. over balls, fit balls, bosu, dynabends, etc.) suitable for strengthening of different muscle groups
At the end of the course students should be able to:
- to know how to execute exercises safely and correctly
- to create a list of strengthening exercises
- to apply these exercises in practice.

  • 2. Aerobics (base steps, technique, the structure of the aerobics class...)
  • 3. Step aerobics
  • 4. Conditioning classes (base workouts, the structure, ...)
