- Course objectives
- A) Swimming:
Students will assume basic swimming skills (breathing, flowing, propulsion movements) during the practical exercises and the correct technique of swimming breaststroke, backstroke and crawl according to valid rules.
Students learn the basic techniques of rescue in the pool
B) Tourism and sports in nature:
Students will acquire basic physical skills in nature, rescue At the end of the course the student will be able to:
- Moving in unfamiliar terrain, staying in improvised conditions, moving in an unknown terrain at night.
- Demonstrate the techniques of rock climbing techniques, the basics of rock climbing protection
- Apply field knowledge to practice, navigate with GPS
- Transport wounded in improvised conditions in a natural environment - Learning outcomes
- The student will be able to:

- demonstrate knowledge of basic swimming skills (breathing, flowing)
- demonstrate the basic physical abilities of the swimming method of breaststroke, backstroke and crawl
- apply acquired skills in their individual concept of swimming techniques - swimming style to demonstrate the basic rescue skill of the water from the pool

- A) Swimming:
Proof of swimming skills (technique and distance) in three swimming modes: 100m breastsstroke, 50m crawl, 50m backstroke. The active participation in the classes is necessarily.
B)practical and oral assessment Students must complete all prescribed activities, usually 4. To successfully manage the need to meet the limit of at least 3 of them. Limit is determined by current weather conditions. - Language of instruction
