The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Main objectives of the course are to acquire knowledges of education of adult people with disabilities according to particular handicaps and age categories.
Syllabus
  • possibilities of intervention by adult people with disabilities
  • organizations and institutions for adult and elderly people with disabilities, non government sector
  • comprehensive rehabilitation
  • basic terminology in the education of individuals with mental disability, visual impairment and hearing impairment
  • aging process, dementia
  • active old age, education of seniors
  • education of adult
  • therapy, stimulation, activization, motivation
