- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to play accompaniments of songs; • to create the prelude, interlude, postlude in songs; • to use transpositions to the other keys; • to play of compositions for children and national anthem.
- Learning outcomes
- Student:
has adopted procedures for stylization of piano accompaniment;
is capable of transposing songs into a key corresponding to the children's voice range;
interprets a short piano piece - he is oriented in its construction;
is equipped with basic skills for playing children's songs. - Syllabus
- Playing instrument – the piano: - accompaniments to 5 songs of the 4th grade and 20 songs of the 5th grade: A/ mixed and the general harmony;
- B/ modulations, transpositions to the other keys, creating the prelude, interlude, postlude in songs;
- C/ stylized accompaniment (waltz, syncopated etc.;
- - playing of 1 composition for children - playing the Czech anthem.
