Course objectives
The course is focused on the development of generally applicable socio-cultural and managerial skills needed (not only) for management practice
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to: - Identify non-verbal and verbal communication elements - Recognize emotional human expressions - Describe mistakes in perception and how to prevent them - Create independent presentation and professionally present information - Provide feedback to potential subordinates - Managing conflicting and challenging situations - Describe the dynamics and stages of the emerging team and the importance of the team roles for the team - Practicing stress management techniques - Efficiently plan and lead a meeting

Teamwork, case studies, model situations, role playing, group discussion, presentation, group projects
Assessment methods
Course credit in the form of a written test (3 questions, 30 minutes), interpretation and presentation of a topic in the seminar
