- Course objectives
- Main objectives are: to determinate vascular plants in natural conditions; to distinguish related species; to understand ecological and phytogeographical characteristics of species of the Czech flora.
- Syllabus
- Field works in various natural conditions: steppe vegetation, rocks, various types of forests, vegetation on banks of rivers and ponds, mesophilous and wet meadows, weeds, ruderal vegetation. Differences of vegetation (and diversity of species) on basic and acid substrates. Methods of plant collection and conservation. Introduce to the flora and vegetation of Podyjí National park and their conservation.
