- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
- practise of basic elements of kick boxing (kicks, strokes, stances). Combination of basic elements and simple choreographies. - Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will be able:
- master basic elements of kick boxing (kicks, strokes, stances). Combination of basic elements and simple choreographies. - Syllabus
- Kick Box Aerobics
- 1. Training of basic elements of martial arts (kicks, strokes, stances)
- 2. Training of the correct techniques of basic kicks, strokes, stances
- 3. Simle jumps
- 4. Simple choreographies
- 5. Development of the strenght, endurance, flexibility, spacial orientation, balance
- 6. Final stretching
