The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
- practise of basic elements of kick boxing (kicks, strokes, stances). Combination of basic elements and simple choreographies.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will be able:
- master basic elements of kick boxing (kicks, strokes, stances). Combination of basic elements and simple choreographies.
Syllabus
  • Kick Box Aerobics
  • 1. Training of basic elements of martial arts (kicks, strokes, stances)
  • 2. Training of the correct techniques of basic kicks, strokes, stances
  • 3. Simle jumps
  • 4. Simple choreographies
  • 5. Development of the strenght, endurance, flexibility, spacial orientation, balance
  • 6. Final stretching

- 3classes can be misses and there is no need of any apology
- the substitution of more absence sis not allowed
