- Course objectives
- It is aerobic fitness exercise with music where the pace is increased via stepping on the boxes. We put a stress on the ability to follow the performed choreography, on complex coordination,expression, appearance, furthermore on muscle endurance, strenght and flexibility development.The course uses more complex methods of choreography acquisition.

- cvičení,zápočet Zápočet je studentům udělen za docházku,která musí mít určitou kvalitu: -1x možná absence bez omluvy -2x institucionální omluvenka -3x si může student nahradit výuku ve zkouškovém období -student musí mít více než 50% přímou účast na výuce The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time

- General note: Step aerobik master class – aerobní,kondiční cvičení při hudbě s důrazem na správnou techniku cvičení step aerobiku a náročnější koordinací pohybů. Klademe důraz především na schopnost zachycení předvedené choreografie, výraz, koordinaci.
