The course is geared for obligatory PE only. - Course Enrolment Limitations
- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- The main goal of the course is the improvement of locomotory skills, posture and fitness
- with the help of the exercise programme in the gym to improve the balance between muscle chains of the muscular system, and at the same time to enhance the health condition and to develop the strengh
- to influence the positive approach towards sports activities and healthy lifestyle in the context of the protection against stress and civilization diseases
- to accept the correct techniques and principles of exercising when exercising with the body-building machines or without them - Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will be able: - To exercise independently in the gym while using correct techniques of concrete exercises on the fitness machines, and when exercising while using their own weight
- Syllabus
- At the first lessons students are provided with the correct body building technique in the gym including stretching. Later students train individually according to their individual programmes.

The course can also be completed outside the examination period.
The course is taught each semester.
General note: Česky/English: Pro muže i ženy, zkušenosti nejsou nutné. S sebou: sportovní oblečení, pevná obuv. For men and women, there is not pressumed any experiences. It is necessery to have clothes for sport, confinet shoes.

Information for teaching TV can be found on www.fsps.muni.cz-a full-length TV. Please do not forget to wear workout indoor shoes to the gym. We also recommend taking own towel and something to drink.
