- Course objectives
- Training of correct techniques when using body building equipment or without them.The aim is to get or improve fitness and strength.
- Syllabus
- At the first lessons students are provided with the correct body building technique in the gym including stretching. Later students train individually according to their individual programmes.

- Zápočet je studentům udělen za docházku, která musí mít určitou kvalitu. -1x je možná absence bez omluvy -2x institucionální omluvenka -3x si může student nahradit výuku ve zkoučkovém období -student musí mít více než z 50% přímou účast ve výuce Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time

- Information on completion of the course: zapsat smíte jen 1 sport.+ kurz, nelze vyhovět žádosti o výjimku při překročené kapacitě.
The course can also be completed outside the examination period.
The course is taught each semester.
General note: Česky/English: Pro muže i ženy, zkušenosti nejsou nutné. S sebou: sportovní oblečení, pevná obuv. For men and women, there is not pressumed any experiences. It is necessery to have clothes for sport, confinet shoes.
