- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Training of the correct Pilates exercise performance, mastering of correct breathing. Various aids are used in Pilates lessons, such as overballs, towels, toning balls, etc. The aids are used to make the exercise easier or on the contrary to make it more difficult. The course is suitable both for beginners and for advanced sportspeople.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, studets will be able to perform exercises of the Pilates method.

- - introduction of the basic principles of the Pilates method - the bases of the Pilates system - training and mastering the basic configuration - practising the advanced methods
