Course objectives
The objective of the course is to reassume the knowledge obtained in the course Labou Law I. At the end course the student shoould be able to explain the issues of working hours, obstacles to work including refund of wagws. The student will be able to understand the system of remuneration at the emloyer, explain the system of reimbursement of travelexpanses.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course student should be able to rewiew the emloyee´s liability and the employer/s liability, compensation for damages. He will recognize the industrial injury. He will understand the process of collective bargraining and word basic arrangements of collective agreement.
Syllabus
  • Termination of an employment relationship, rights arising out of void termination of an employment relationship, notice of termination, health and safety at work, prevention and liability in labour law, the emloyee´s liability for damage caused to his emloyer, the emloyerś liabililty for damage caused to hid emloyee, liability for indistrial injuries and occupational diseases, risk in labour law and responsibility for economïc risk, collective labour law, collective bargaining and collective agreement, trade union organisation and its position, collective labour disputes and their solution.

Teaching methods
Individual preparation at home for prescribed issues. Solution of practical examples (application of theroretical knowledge to practical problems). Continuous verification of discussed subject-matter in the form of writt. Lectures presentaion in PowerPoint; participation in seminars; solving of concrete casewith thes.
Assessment methods
Oral exam is composed of two questions. To pass the exam the student must answer both questions.
