Course objectives
Subject of labour law, primary principles and functions, legal subjects, employment adn its typical features. Government employment policy. Labour contract. Time og workand time of relaxion. Special conditions of work. Responsibility for damages. Collective labour law.
Syllabus
  • Intoduction to labour law studies, position of labour law in the legal order. Legal regulation of labour relations, methods, functions. Primary principles of labour law. Government employment policy. Employment. Subjects of employment, employmenťs origin. Labour contract. Labour contract and employment alter. Time of work and time of relaxation. Management of work. Wage. By-occupation.
