- Course objectives
- The course familiarises students with communication problems in nutrition so that they acquire the basic skills of proper dissemination of information on nutrition for individuals or population groups.
- Syllabus
- 1.Human nutrition in the school environment (cuticular documents, guidelines, legislation). 2.Metody and options education to good nutrition in early childhood education , in an elementary school in secondary education, higher education and special education. 3.Teacher training 4.Health promotion projects and training methodology from the area of proper nutrition. 5.Communication in counseling I. ( specifics of communication with children, adolescents, adults, pregnant and nursing, elderly) 6.Communication in counseling II. (the issue of disclosure of information in specific restriction of dietary habits from due to therapeutic feeding) 7. Writting of professional and popular articles and information on nutrition. 8.Communication in the media (television, radio, internet). 9. Advertising. 10.Presentation.
