- Teaching methods
- Presentations covering theoretical bases of different procedures for the study of plant tissue structures using the light microscope are used as an introduction of each lesson. Practical procedures of selected histological techniques lead to microscopic preparation which is analysed by means of proper method of the light microscopy. Plant structure is documented by drawing or as microphotography. Protocol of each procedure containing theoretical base as well as analysed results is prepared by each student as homework.
