- Willingness to try out new knowledges and techniques in praxis and train holding the psychotherapy interview in front of the others.

- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to gain basic competencies for holding psychotherapeutic conversation through practical training. The aims are following: aplly the basic communication competencies during the holding psychotherapeutic conversation; ability to theoretical divide the psychotherapeutic dialogue into basic phases; understand rules and specific features of different phases of psychotherapeutic conversation; train own clinical thinking during the holding psychotherapeutic conversation
- Learning outcomes
- After succesful graduation or the course a student will be able to:
use basic communication skills for leading a psychotherapeutic dialogue; know theoretical division of psychotherapeutic dialogue into basic phases; understand rules and specific features of different phases; use acquired information for own clinical thinking; able to give feedback to the other students holding the psychotherapy conversation - Syllabus
- 1) General characteristics of therapeutic conversation 2) First contact with a client 3) Collecting of informations, anamnesis 4) Therapeutic hypothesis, therapeutic contract 5) Therapeutic strategies for problem solving: communication and performative strategies 6) Verifying of therapeutic effects 7) Termination of therapeutic encounter
