After this eight-days excursion to the Brno surroundings, students should be able to:
identify both common and some rare species of the South Moravian flora;
describe their habitats and ecological requirements;
discuss specific topics of rare plant species conservation.

One-day botanical excursions: plants are shown and its diagnostic characters and ecological requirements described, accompanied by the basic information on the visited sites.
Assessment methods
Test of knowledge of common plant species (identification test during the last excursion day), credit.
