- The main goal of the course is the improvement of locomotory skills, posture and fitness
- with the help of the exercise programme in the gym to improve the balance between muscle chains of the muscular system, and at the same time to enhance the health condition and to develop the strengh
- to influence the positive approach towards sports activities and healthy lifestyle in the context of the protection against stress and civilization diseases
- to accept the correct techniques and principles of exercising when exercising with the body-building machines or without them - Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to: - define the basic concepts of fitness exercises in the gym - define the basic methods in weight training - master the repertoire of exercises in the gym on machines and with own weight - activate muscle groups - learn the correct technique for performing exercises
- Syllabus
- At the first lessons students are provided with the correct body building technique in the gym including stretching. Later students train individually according to their individual programmes.

General note: Česky/English: Pro muže i ženy, zkušenosti nejsou nutné. S sebou: sportovní oblečení, pevná obuv. For men and women, there is not pressumed any experiences. It is necessery to have clothes for sport, confinet shoes.
