Course objectives
The course aim: To increase the student's managerial competence with its using by his/her professional career as well as his/her personal life.

  • Plan of lessons: 1. Strategic management (SM) with emphasis on clasic approach to SM - submission of semestral paper 2. System of management - general tool for individual, interest group and organization 2. Bases of personal management 3. Bases of leadership 4. Public administration management specificity

Assessment methods (in Czech)
Výuka bude organizována jako kombinace přednášek a cvičení (řešení konkrétních úkolů v týmech). Bude vyžadováno zpracování semestrální práce a její odevzdání ve stanoveném termínu. Zkouška (řádný termín): písemná (test+řešení úkolů) formou (celkové hodnocení určí prostý aritmetický průměr hodnocení testu a semestrální práce); Zkouška (opravný termín): písemná (test+řešení úkolů)+ ústní přezkoušení (celkové hodnocení určí prostý aritmetický průměr hodnocení testu, semestrální práce a ústníhp přezkoušení)
