Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to:
repeat and translate: management system consisting of 3 pillars (personal management, general managemnent, leadership), 4 concepts of the content of general management and basic management components within one of them (component's comcept), basic classical approach to strategic management, best known motivational theories, objectives of financial management, the relationship between external and own capital, the relationship between financial management, accounting and financial analysis.
identify: opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of any organization, insolvency of organization
employ findings: about the classic strategic management in practice, best practice of financial management (especially financial analysis) in practice and motivational theories in practice
apply methods: SWOT, decision analysis and decision-making process modified
analyze: general, branch and internal environment of any organization, influence and expectations of stakeholders
propose recommendation: improve the competitive position of any organization, changes in financing of organization, in personnel activities, especially in evaluation, rewarding and motivating employees
judge: real state of economy of organization, evaluate the debt ratio or liquidity of organization
