- Morphology, anatomy, biology and ecology of Phylla and other important groups. Phylogeny of invertebrates. Important animals in Czech republic and his occurence.

- 1. Introduction, principles of taxonomy and phylogeny, phylogeny of Eukaryotes, Kingdoms: Amoebozoa, Rhizaria, Excavata 2. Kingdoms: Chromalveolata, Opisthokonta - introduction 3. Metazoa - introduction, "Porifera", Ctenophora, Placozoa, Cnidaria, Myxozoa 4. Acoelomorpha, Ectoprocta, Entoprocta, Cycliophora, Gnathostomulida, Micrognathozoa, Syndermata 5.
