Course objectives
Subject of labour law, primary principles and functions, legal subjects, employment and its typical fatures. Government employment policy. Labour contract. Time of work and time of relaxation. Special conditions of work. Responsibility for damages. Collective labopur law.
Syllabus
  • Conditions of work, special condotions of work. termination of employment. Invalid employment termination claims. Warning (notice). Health and security of work protection. Prevention and responsibility in labour law. Employees responsibility for damages. Gratuitous enrichment. Economic liability in labour law. Collective labour law. Collective agreement and collective bargaining. Trade unions. Collective litigation and this resolution.
