Course objectives
The objective of the course is to reassume the knowledge obtained in the course Labor Law I. At the end of the course the student should be able to explain the issues of general working conditions, working hours, obstacles to work including a refund of wagws. The student will be able to understand the system of remuneration at the employer, explain the system of reimbursement of travel expenses, social dalogue.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course, students should be able to understand general labour conditions, review the employee's liability and the employer/s liability, compensation for damages, recognize the industrial injury, understand the process of collective bargaining and word basic arrangements of the collective agreement.
Syllabus
  • The employment relationship, The Labour contract, Termination of an employment relationship, rights arising out of void termination of an employment relationship, a notice of termination, health and safety at work, prevention and liability in labour law, the employee's liability for damage caused to his employer, the emloyerś liability for damage caused to hid employee, liability for industrial injuries and occupational diseases, risk in labour law and responsibility for economïc risk, collective labour law, collective bargaining and collective agreement, trade union organisation and its position, collective labour disputes and their solution.

Assessment methods
An oral exam is composed of two questions. To pass the exam the student must answer both questions. In case of distance (online) learning an online written exam (two parts - text, solving of cases - success threshold 60% in both respective parts).
