- Course objectives
- After completing this course, the student will be able to: - understand the core aspects of external environment, in which businesses carry out their activity (the influence caused by fiscal policy, monetary policy, regulation) - understand the core differences among the business vehicles, their bodies, and legal requirements on management thereof - understand the role and selected methods of managing processes of businesses - understand the core principles and interconnectedness of accounting and be able to read accounting reports
- Learning outcomes
- After completion of this course, the student will be able to: • - understand the processes in firms; • - understand the core manners of finaning the firms; • - understand the core principles of managing individuals and teams; • - understand the importance of leadership and personal management; • - understand the cons and pros of different types of firms.
