The course is geared for obligatory PE only. - Course Enrolment Limitations
- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the training of correct stereotytes for human locomotion - walking, running, going up the steps, cycling, rowing - the sport focuses on the cardiovascular system and monitors the fitness load under aerobic performance - it developes endurance and strenght skills - it is also suitable for less trained or overweight students. The course stresses an individual teacher´s approach.
- Syllabus
- 1. warm up, stretching 2. Machines available in the course: - running trainer (running + load regulation) - cross trainer (the whole locomotory system is involved) - stepper (training focused on the lower part of body) - cycle trainer (endurance training without the load of joints) - rowing trainer(endurance training focused on the upper part of body) 3. The training is supplemented with bodybuilding (abdominal, back and arm muscles are trained) 4. Stretching, relaxation

- Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
