- The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
- the training of correct stereotytes for human locomotion - walking, running, going up the steps, cycling, rowing on cardio machines - Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will be able:
- To monitor the physical strain during the aerobic performance
- to carry out cardio training,stretching. - Syllabus
- 1. warm up, stretching 2. Machines available in the course: - running trainer (running + load regulation) - cross trainer (the whole locomotory system is involved) - stepper (training focused on the lower part of body) - cycle trainer (endurance training without the load of joints) - rowing trainer(endurance training focused on the upper part of body) 3. The training is supplemented with bodybuilding (abdominal, back and arm muscles are trained) 4. Stretching, relaxation

- Practice exercise. The course will be taught in the form of full-time teaching.

- You can find information on TV lessons at www.fsps.muni.cz/cus/. physical activity is also suitable for less fit students, e.g. those who are overweight. Emphasis is placed on the individual approach of the teacher. Sports shoes, towel and drink with you.
