- Course objectives
- The course is geared for the beginners who want to start jogging as well as to the advanced who want to continue training. The course contains jogging at a restful and medium pace. The lessons always start at the Canoeing Centre of MU and run in the surrounding areas.

- Zápočet student získá za docházku v uvedené kvalitě: 1x je možno neomluveně chybět 2x absence z důvodu nemoci 3x je možno nahradit zameškanou výuku v průběhu zkouškového období Současně musí student absolvovat více než 50% přímou docházkou v semestrální výuce. Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
