- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle A subject where students learn basic skills in different outdoor activities. Acquisition of basic and new experiences for movement in the nature. Schooling runs in thematic blocks focused on certain sport or movement activity. Although the subject concentrates mainly on abilities, physical and psychological preparation is also involved.
- Syllabus
- Thematic blocks: - basics of orientation in terrain and unfamiliar environment - orientation in easy conditions with orienteering maps - orientation competition in a larger area - low rope traverses - high rope traverses - basics of canoeing - improvement of canoe control technique - rafting - basics of bouldering - basics of roped climbing, rappel - bouldering - marked routes movement - nordic walking

- Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
